Group Visits to New Lanark

For coaches stopping off in the town of Lanark (before or after visiting New Lanark) there are now three coach parking spaces located off Gallowhill Road, adjacent to Tesco, just a few minutes' walk from the town centre.

Opening Times and Admission Prices. The Visitor Centre opens every day from 10.30am till 5pm June to August and 11am till 5pm September to May. It is closed on only 2 days a year - Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Latest group booking 4pm.
Passport Tickets Prices Adults £6.95 Concessions (senior citizens, students, children under 16) £5.95
Family Ticket (2 adults & 2 children) £21.95 / (2 adults & 3 or 4 children) £27.95.
Guided Tours may be booked from 10 am Last guided tour booking is normally 3.30 pm.
Guided Visit Prices: Adults: £7.95. Concessions (senior citizens & students): £6.95 which also includes entry to all of the Visitor Centre exhibitions and attractions.
For every 10 group tickets booked in advance, you will be entitled to I additional free admission e.g. a party of 20 will get I free, a party of 25 will get 2 free. Don't worry the receptionist will work it out for you!

Payment and Invoicing. Group invoices may be settled on arrival at the Visitor Centre Reception Desk in the Institute where the Group Leader can collect Passport Tickets for the group. There is no need for the whole party to go through the Centre at the same time, provided each person has been given a ticket. Please make cheques payable to New Lanark Trading Ltd. Payment may also be made by credit card. (Groups visiting Robert Owen’s School only should pick up their tickets and settle payment at the School reception desk).

Falls of Clyde. The Falls of Clyde Wildlife Reserve is open to visitors at all times. For details and more information about special events, badger watches, etc. contact the Scottish Wildlife Trust on 01555 665262.
