1891 Platt spinning mule You needn't go home empty handed when you leave New Lanark. Visit our Gift Shop in Mill Three, with a wide range of New Lanark memorabilia and Scottish gifts. You can also visit our on-line shop here where you can choose from a selection of our own wool yarn, woollen goods, guide books, videos, and CDs. New Lanark's wool yarn is spun on our own 19th century mule, and is available in a wide variety of colours and styles.

There are a number of craft and clothes shops in the village, including Owen's Warehouse, one of the largest Edinburgh Woollen Mill stores in the country. See here for further details.
