All guided visits include entry to the award-winning
Visitor Centre where a range of exhibitions and attractions interpret the fascinating story of New Lanark. The riverside setting in the Clyde gorge, with the Scottish Wildlife Trust's
Falls of Clyde Reserve adjacent to the village, adds another interesting dimension to the site. There is also an excellent Grade 1
Youth Hostel in a former Millworkers' tenement row - ideal for affordable and comfortable field-trip accommodation. Packed lunches and hot lunches are available from our Mill Pantry for booked groups. Please ask the bookings officer for details.
